This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

This is a large open concept 2 bed, one bath apt. It is the entire first floor of a two story house. Our house is on a quiet street in town but our backyard is surrounded by pasture fields. Often you will see deer in our yard early mornings and evenings. Laundry is provided in the basement of the garage. We are within walking distance of the grocery store but it is an uphill walk. Close to Sallie Buffalo Park and Tappen Lake. 50 min to Amish Country. Sorry NO pets.
