The house is located on the church square - the bells do not ring at night, there are no street lights, but stars, birdsong and views of both sunrise and sunset. The apartment has everything you need. So use and replace. It is a non-smoking place and everything is cleaned without perfume or anything else. There is a good playground at our school

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Fiskerhuset in Rødvig

The fishing house in Rødvig offers a unique holiday experience in a maritime setting. The home has a wonderful location 100 m from the harbor and beach. Rødvig is a lively harbor town with restaurants and cafes, shopping, tour boat to Stevns Klint, free tourist bus in the summer to various attractions. There are good opportunities for swimming and surfing. You can play paddle tennis, rent bicycles and take the train to Køge. The beautiful hiking trail along the coast, “Trampestien” also starts in Rødvig.

Boligen ligger med kig til Østersøen og Stevns Klint Experience, som er en del af Unesco verdensarv, som nabo, hvor der også er el-ladestandere. Klinten ligger ca. 300 m væk, hvor man kan gå på trampestien, fiske eller bare få suset fra Østersøen. Koldkrigsmuseet ligger 800 m væk. Den gamle kirke i Højerup og Stevns fyr ligger 4-4,5 km væk. Skønne Rødvig ligger ca. 1 km væk, med forskellige restauranter, indkøb og strand. Store-Heddinge ligger 6 km væk, med indkøb og flere restauranter.

The old mill has been completely renovated and is now a cute 40m2 guesthouse. It holds a kitchen with a fridge, stovetop and oven, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and two loftbeds (180×200 and 140x200). The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields. You also have your own driveway and parking space.

Located directly on the Trampestien and only 300 meters to the water at Holtug Kridtbrud. Beautiful and rural surroundings, which are highly suitable for hikers, cyclists, anglers, ornithologists or you who need peace and quiet and immersion. Also an obvious base for the small family who wants to experience all the beautiful sights and nature on Stevns. Here you can hear the lark in the spring, be lucky to see peregrine falcons, the red knot or catch a fish in the Baltic Sea.
