A perfect house to relax with the family. The house is in two floors. ground floor consist of a big kitchen and dinning area. A library and toilet. Access to the garden and a big wooden terrasse. The 1. floor consist of one master bedroom, two other bedrooms and a living room. Toilet with bath and access to a big balcony. There is access to pool area 100 meters away on the nearby camping spot, play grounds, animals and the house is located only 700 meters from the water.

Mit lille fine bondehus er gennnemrestaureret og smagfuldt indrettet. Udenfor selve huset ligger den lille gårdsplads & det lille anneks. Fra køkkenet er der direkte udgang til stor sydvendt træterasse i læ for vind. Haven er gammel og romantisk charmerende med bl.a. en nedsænket bålplads. Huset ligger tilbagetrukket på en stille vej 1 km fra Boesdal kalkbrud, Stevns Experience, Rødvigs skønne havn, badehotel og sandstrand. Udlejes kun sjældent
