We stayed at the property as a group of 6 and it was very spacious for us, the driveway has space for two cars. The accommodation is equipped as described, we lacked nothing. The location and surroundings are quiet and a good starting point for various excursions. The view from the terrace and rooms is really very nice. The communication with Thomas was very friendly, informative and straightforward.

We have been here for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, everything you need is there and the view of the garden is beautiful.

Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as specified, there was nothing missing. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We even got firewood for the cold days. Glad to come back, possibly in summer with the pool.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Fantastic hideaway in a Fairy Tale setting.

We enjoyed the stay in a very well-equipped house. Communication with Wolfang was smooth and we listened to our needs. The position of the house is perfect for skiing in Hinterstoder and Wurzeralm.

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026. The TinyHouse is beautifully and practically furnished with a wonderful view through the large window into the untouched nature. Very nice location on a meadow next to a farm (without animals). The outdoor area with meadow and trees is cozy and idyllic. In the distance, you can hear the highway, but it is pleasantly drowned out by the cheerful birdsong. The owners are friendly and helpful. Our arrival was a bit tricky. I only entered the street and house number and Google picked this out for me but unfortunately a few kilometers away in another town. Overall a very nice stay.

Very nice place above the lake with clean air. House was fully equiped, clean and in the winter the heating was sufficient to keep good temperature in the house.

lots of cooperation from host. easy checks in and no pressure check out. having a wonderful Pizzeria was so convenient And having a full on grocery store so close was awesome!

Andrea was a nice and kind hostess. The house met our expectations exactly, super great. Andrea has organized a magnifying mirror especially for us. It is also great that you can get fresh rolls and pastries every morning in two minutes. The view of the mountains is simply fascinating. We'll be back.

Check-in went smoothly and Vera responded quickly to all inquiries. We liked the apartment very much, the sunny balcony and especially the seating area downstairs was a nice plus. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can take short hikes directly from the apartment or drive a few minutes by car until you are close to the national park. We would come back anytime.

Christian was always available if you had any questions. The apartment and location is nice and quiet and you didn't really feel like a guest, but like home. :-)

My wife and I spent a few days in this pleasant place, we liked everything, both the house with plenty of space and the nature. Many thanks to the owners who helped us to get from the station to the house, even though the station is not far from the house. We will definitely come back.
