Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room. Unique Shepherd's Hut

Situated in a south facing corner of a paddock with its own garden and lovely views' ‘The Waggon’ was completed in 2018, using old and repurposed materials. Stained glass windows and polished hardwood panelling are blended with mod cons, it is full of character. Well equipped with double bed, en suite shower room, kitchen area, wood burner for the chilly weather plus a separate spacious storage shed for bikes coats and muddy boots!

Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
