Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

In Stiefenhofen, the holiday apartment "Haus Sonnenhang 3" offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a double bed for two persons, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a TV as well as children's books. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony.

Unsere gemütliche, 68 qm große Dachgeschosswohnung "Bergluft" lädt euch ein, erholsame Tage im wunderschönen Allgäu zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im kleinen Stiefenhofen und ist Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen in die Berge der Nagelfluhkette. Ein Bäcker mit frischen Backwaren ist fussläufig entfernt. Diverse Hofläden und Sennereien mit typischem allgäuer Käse, sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Am Haus steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Es gibt viel zu erleben im Frühling und Sommer aber auch im Herbst und Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Unser Garten steht unseren Gästen auf Absprache gerne zum spielen mit Kindern zur Verfügung. Kleine wie große Tiere gibt es zum streicheln und liebhaben. In 10Minuten Fußweg am schönen Tobelrand kommt man direkt zum Tobelbach. An unserem Hof führt direkt eine Langlaufloipe vorbei die bei guter Schneelage bestens gespurt ist. Ein Rodelhügel gibt es auch in der Nähe.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.)
