The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. The area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, natural swimming lakes and a variety of gastronomy.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Unser Haus ist die perfekte Basis für alle, die gerne Zeit in der Natur verbringen. Hier findest du Ruhe und Erholung mitten in der Bergwelt . Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer startest du direkt vor der Haustür zu gemütlichen Wanderungen. Mit der Bregenzerwald Gästekarte nutzt du im Sommer außerdem alle Seilbahnen kostenlos, der Eintritt in die Freibäder ist inklusive. Im Winter erwarten dich Skipisten, Langlaufloipen und schöne Winterwanderwege inmitten der verschneiten Natur.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
