Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stinica

This apartment is so beautifully, thoughtfully and cleverly decorated that I really, really felt at home. Everything is identical to the pictures, there is a parking space in the garage, a safe neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, the old town is within walking distance (15 minutes), the bed is extra comfortable, the furniture is new and totally custom-made. It has everything you need, kitchen appliances, washing machines, air conditioning, 2 TVs, a functional refrigerator. In addition to all this, the apartment looks great and you even have a feeling that you are in one of the IKEA showrooms as it is so meaningful and beautifully decorated. Recommendations for this apartment and Nikola as a host, I am delighted.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a nice stay, close to a beautiful pebble beach. Draco was particularly helpful. When we had problems with the car, he arranged a lot for us. Very helpful. Top host.

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!

Small but very nice and clean apartment. Well located for the excursion to the national park. We would have only been happy with more kitchen equipment (peeler, spices).

We had a fabulous stay here. A huge thanks to Kruno the host who was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is incredible! It’s been done to a very high standard, like staying in a 5* hotel! Great kitchen and a lovely balcony. The location is perfect for a short walk into the old town and a short drive to so many beaches and other interesting places. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain with a group of seven. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thank you for everything and best wishes from Fürth/Nuremberg.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Flexible with checkin time. Very clear instructions with pictures of location and checkin procedures. Comfortable bed and great shower with hot water. Perfect place for 2 people visiting Plitvice Lakes. Walkable to cute little pizza restaurant and market. Very convenient to have BOTH a washer and dryer.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. As a ground level apartment with direct garden access, it was the perfect setup for our dog to enjoy. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Location wise, It's just a few minutes walk from the sea. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our amazing host. Sanda's great hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!
