Monthly Rentals in Stirling

We had a wonderful time there! There were many possible activities to do. We fully enjoyed the view, peacefulness and the numerous animals. The place was very well arranged, we almost felt at home.

Cottage is comfortable & very well equipped. The deck over the water is divine, esp in the perfect early fall weather we had. We spent blissful early morning & evening hours out there loving the tranquility & lake view. We'd definitely like to do a repeat next fall. That said, Oak Lake is small & ringed by many cottages, likely very lively with boats & rec vehicles in high season. Though we were dying to go in the water, the lake bottom is very yucky. If swimming & easy access from-shoreline matters to you, this location isn't ideal. There may be other sites around the lake where you can get into the water, don't know. What is ideal for kids is the bunkie with bunk beds. (We didn't realize the extra bedroom pictured is a bunkie, in which our senior girlfriend who visited us didn't want to sleep, so used the LR sofa instead.) To swim, we went to Sandbanks provincial park, with its amazing beaches, about an hour away.

A lovely spot with an amazing location, I loved having the view of the river! Mindy is extremely pleasant, responsive, and was so accommodating. Good handheld shower with great water pressure! Having a small fridge available too was really handy. Thanks Mindy! 😊

Beautiful property on a quiet dead end street. Christine is very responsive when you need something but gives you your space otherwise. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Christine has thought of everything. Highly recommended this place!
