What a wonderful weekend! The house was just lovely, ideal for us 2 families. we had a wedding nearby, the house had great space, lots of mirrors, hooks for clothes, storage was great and the kids loved their bunk beds! It was a short and sweet visit but really hope to come back, the house had everything we needed and more. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Beautiful location and property. Had every amenity that was needed. A blow dryer was included, which was nice that we did not have to travel with ours as the plugs are different from country to country. The yard was filled with plants and flowers and was extremely beautiful. Conveniently located to many popular attractions as well as Northern England. We would stay here again. The town of Killearn is so charming, and the shop owners are very nice and willing to help with anything that is needed.

Our month long stay at Fortrenn was an unforgettable experience that left us feeling rejuvenated, inspired and in love with Scotland. The cottage itself is a charming blend of traditional Scottish architecture and modern amenities. It features cozy rooms adorned with local artwork and comfortable furnishings that made us feel instantly at home. The living area was particularly inviting, with a fireplace that added warmth and character to the space. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. One of the highlights of Fortrenn was the master bedroom, which offered panoramic views of the loch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious bathtub. The combination of stunning natural beauty, charming accommodations, and warm hospitality helped to create our perfect vacation. Fortrenn proved to be the ideal base from which to explore all that this remarkable region has to offer. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

We loved our stay here. The house was spotless, Tracey was such a responsive host and the location was great for the places we were visiting. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The little extras such as the cereal, milk and peppermint tea were an unexpected bonus. If we are back in the area we will book this lovely house again without hesitation. Thanks Tracey!

This place was hands-down our favourite stay in Scotland! We had planned to use it as a base and explore Stirling, but we loved the surroundings of the farm so much that we stayed put! Two nights was not long enough! My husband and the kids did hikes up the hills around the farm. I enjoyed my book and a glass of wine while watching the ever changing scene of animals in the fields! Donkeys, horses, sheep, highland cows…it was a slice of paradise.

We had a great time at Maida’s place. It is in a lovely location with nice walks and cycles from the door. There was a lovely big garden for our toddler to roam around in and there was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was everything you needed for a great stay.

Our week at The Stables is one of the best holidays we've ever had. Laura and Ronnie we're so welcoming and the accommodation is idyllic. It was such a relaxing week in a stunning area. There were plenty of walks to do with our boys (dogs) and resident Bertie made them feel right at home. We're still missing Bertie now!! I think I asked Ronnie for local recommendations everyday and he was always so happy to help. We'd highly recommend Nick Nairn's for a meal and takeaway pizza! The Stables was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped for our stay and an all round great spot. We'll definitely be visiting again.

June was great to work with! We had a super short stay, in late one night, our early the next morning... too short to form more of an opinion, but it was super easy to find and there were clear instructions for everything. Thanks June!

Charlotte's flat is very well situated being close to ammenities and local restaurants. Free 24 hour parking is available on the next street allowing us to be able to walk about Helensburgh town centre and not worry about the car. It is a very pleasant and comfortable modernised flat providing everything that two people could need for a short stay. We would certainly be happy to stay again when taking a short break in the area.

We had 5 great nights stay in Kate's flat. We had been to Callander before so know the area. Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt it was like home from home. Kate let us know that we could check in earlier than stated time by 3 hours which was great as we were only travelling from Edinburgh and were able to take advantage of this. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, we felt very welcomed, everything was explained in instructions. Really comfortable and warm/cosy

The car GPS sent me who knows where. I was having trouble getting UK cell service. I think it was after 10pm and I went to a McDonald's near by to use their Internet to contact Kasia. She responded right away and helped me get to the correct location. The flat had parking in a courtyard area off street. The flat was very cute! If stairs are difficult for you, there are stairs. And the kitchen light switches are hidden behind the window coverings on the left wall if you are facing the windows. I would stay here again.

Hannah’s place is gorgeous. Very small kitchen, but well laid out and manageable, adequately stocked for our needs Hannah’s description and instructions are clear A lovely touch, a welcome basket of teas, coffee, milk and shortbread. Also shower gel in the bathroom

We had an excellent stay at Cobblerview Apartment! The view was, of course, gorgeous - but the care that Carol & Don took in ensuring our stay was comfortable was greatly appreciated and made our experience especially enjoyable. The apartment is cosy and immediately inviting, with a sizable living room space and dining table positioned next to the window and looking out onto Loch Long. Though the view you have of the loch itself is expansive, we never felt as though we didn’t have enough privacy - aside from this window out onto the water, almost all of the natural light that filters in is through skylights. We never needed for utensils or utilities, Carol & Don provided a full range of crockery, cleaning supplies and towels It’s worth bearing in mind that as this is a waterfront property, the bugs are in abundance around summer and you’ll need to have your spray on if you want to sit out on the balcony this time of year!

We really enjoyed our stay in Diane’s lovely flat! Everything was really new and clean and we felt right at home. Even though the flat is not too big, everything needed was provided for and we felt it was great for four people for two nights. The price was also really good and we would highly recommend!

A beautiful spot to explore Killin and the surrounding area. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you could need. Great showers and comfy beds - thank you!

Our stay at 1A Allan Park, Stirling was absolutely terrific. Our host, Fiona, couldn’t have been more helpful. She went above and beyond supporting us during our stay, It is a beautiful Georgian townhouse with loads of character in a great location. It is beautifully set out with a very well-equipped kitchen, a lovely sitting / dining room and three very comfortable bedrooms. The townhouse overlooks the old city walls of Stirling and is very close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a mall and a shopping centre and easy walking distance to the station. I can highly recommend this beautiful property.

Jill was very friendly and sought to make sure we were settled in well. She prepared a well-stocked refreshments area and all the amenities necessary, which was much appreciated. We had the whole top floor to ourselves and the views of the loch were peaceful and serene. We had a great stay!

Joanna is a great hostess, her place is very peaceful and serine. Amazing nature and a lot to do in the area.... wish I had stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Benjamin's flat. It was a beautiful space, and we truly enjoyed how peaceful the surrounding area was for walks. The owners were also very respectful and incredibly easy to contact whenever we needed anything. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!
