Take the elevator down and you are right in the heart of Stjørdal city center with restaurants, Kimen cinema & culture house, shopping center and shops in the immediate vicinity. 9 minutes walk to Stjørdal station and 10 minutes by car to Trondheim airport. The apartment has 2 large terraces! A large south-facing terrace, and a somewhat smaller north-facing terrace. Here you have panoramic views of large parts of Stjørdal!

Make memories for life at this unique and family-friendly space at the top of the cabin field. Here you are at the top with immediate access to the mountain and nature around. Ski / out to the alpine slope and cross country ski trails. Vis-a-vis the parking spot to the Alpine Center . Here the car can be left in peace until the day of return. The cabin has a consistently high standard, including a sauna, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, garage and several patios. From here you have a view over Fagerlia and Meråker - with Fonnfjellet, Mannfjellet.

Single-family home in quiet blind street, just off Stjørdal golf course. The entire home is fully renovated in 2024. 4 bedrooms with beds for 6 adults and 1 child. Possibility of mattress on floor/crib. Large kitchen/living room 2 bathrooms + guest toilet Several parking spaces with available type 2 electric car charger, large outdoor area. 7 min by car to Trondheim Airport. 15 min walk to train station/city center/shopping mall. 35 minutes by car to Trondheim. Walking distance to golf course and the field with ski and hiking trails.

Ingstadvegen

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great place with lots of space for fun. Outdoor area with fire pit, barbecue, trampoline and most likely the pool is set up in the summer. A large playroom can be found inside. The house is close to Stjørdalselva, which is famous for salmon fishing (SJFF). A municipal embankment is within walking distance. Also close to Hegra fortress, as a famous for World War II and Norwegian history. This is mine and my kids home, so some flaws are.

Cozy cottage in Fagerlia, Ski-in/Ski-out

Hytta ligger kun 50m fra skiløypa og i umiddelbar nærhet til Meråker alpinsenter. Hytta har en stor stue med en koselig peis som varmer godt etter en fin skitur. To soverom med en dobbelseng, en familiekøyeseng og to soveplasser på hemsen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med ny induksjonskomfyr, oppvaskmaskin og kjøleskap. Både kaffemaskin med bønner og filter er tilgjengelig. Det finnes vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det er en stamp på hytta, som kan leies om ønskelig. Sengetøy/Håndklær kan også leies.

This is Småland in Frosta, located In the Trondheim fjord. 30 minutes from the airport . You will love it as we do❤️

Koselig enebolig på Hell, nært flyplassen, tog- og busstasjon. Hyggelige uteplasser med hagemøbler på begge sider av huset. Parkeringsplass med rom for flere biler. Renovert bolig med moderne kjøkken og åpen planløsning. 2 bad av litt enklere standard med dusj og toalett på begge. 4 soverom med inntil 10 sengeplasser. Herunder inngår at 2 personer kan dele en 120 sovesofa på loftsstuen. NB: Passer ikke for allergikere, bor hund og katt i huset utenom utleieperioder.

Garage Apartment

Nice, small apartment centrally located 5 min from Stjørdal city center, 10 min from Trondheim airport Værnes. 2 fixed beds in sleeping alcove, but room for two on a sofa bed for those who want to. New bathroom and a small kitchen. Due to proximity to the airport, some airplane noise must be taken into account, but there are people living here, so completely crisis is not. Bed linen and towels included. Hair dryer, soap and shampoo too.

Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
