Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right by the sea. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here, nature is all around and you can enjoy the lake view. In winter, you can enjoy a ski trip or ice skating on the lake. Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In summer, you can enjoy swimming at the village's swimming area, 200 meters from the cottage, fishing or nearby activities such as horseback riding. Fantastisk stuga med sjötomt! Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten med hopptorn. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- slutet okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end oct.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
