This top-rated house apartment overlooks a lake (a few meters from the windows), minutes away from the city, and far enough from the bustle of the city center. Our new apartment is your perfect Spring and Summer retreat, it is near public transport and surrounded by peaceful nature and trails. We have a forest behind the house and a lake in front. Suitable for everyone who loves nature and wants to stay near the city while experiencing a stylish Swedish home with a relaxing countryside feeling.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

1-bedroom newly build apartment with your own private entrance, small outdoor area and parking right outside the door. You get everything you need for your stay in a fully furnished apartment. Bed linens & towels included. TV (chromecast) is added recently. It is located in a quiet villa area, close to a lake and forest. Easy access to public transport, bus stop is just a few hundred meters away, it takes approx 20-30 min to the city. Easy connection to Arlanda airport. Self-check in.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Ljus och rymlig planlösning. 70 kvm, 2 separata sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje. En dubbelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningssäng i det andra sovrummet (finns även 1 extrasäng). Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

The tranquility of the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
