Villa with fantastic sea view

Note: The house is newly built and the plot is not yet prepared and therefore directly unsuitable for children. Please note that at the moment there is no landscaped outdoor environment. The house is about 25 meters above sea level which gives the wonderful view. Here you live incredibly comfortable with nature and the sea close by. We live in the house all year round and rent out the periods we are out of town. On the other hand, we are always open for reservation requests. If we can solve your needs, we do it but sometimes we don't get it together.

Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Best view in the archipelago

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med en bedårande utsikt över havet och himlen. Njut av solnedgången på berget bakom huset (ca 100 meter) där det också finns enklare stolar och bord (gemensamt med grannarna).Det finns många promenadstigar i området och även ett naturreservat, badklippor, sandstrand och en liten vacker sjö som ligger ca 40 minuters promenad från huset. Huset för dig som söker maximal avkoppling och samtidigt kan njuta av alla bekvämligheter och lyx.
