Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters just by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guest have the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.

This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
