We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. In der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser, bietet es alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und Luxus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kroatien. Das Haus ist sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Leider hatten wir ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, wie ein Hornissen Nest aber Miro hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und war immer sehr bemüht. Leider ist am vorletzten Tag unser Pool gekippt und wir konnten nicht mehr baden gehen, hierfür haben wir problemlos eine Erstattung bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat einen tollen, sehr gepflegten Außenbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!😍

Helena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie Absprache wann wir ankommen hat super funktioniert. Sie hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt und gezeigt und uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Man hatte vor Ort einfach alles schon da, ein kleiner Einkauf war schon gemacht, für den ersten Hunger. Spülmaschinen tabs , taps für die Waschmaschine, Spüllappen , aber auch Grillkohle…… alles vorhanden. Dann wurde ein grosser Obstkorb zwischendurch vorbei gebracht . Helena war auch immer zu erreichen und hat nach einem kleinen Unwetter auch am nächsten Tag gefragt , ob es uns gut geht und ob wer kommen soll zum sauber machen. Pool wurde zwischendrin auch einmal gereinigt. Mit Hund auch super dort, weil ordentlich eingezäunt, gassi runde auch kein Problem. Also wir waren rund um zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren. Lieben Dank an Helena und auch an deinen Mann🫶🏻

Das Haus und die Anlage sind toll! Es ist alles da was man benötigt (vor allem auch für Babys und Kleinkinder) und es war die sauberste Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten! Die Vermieter waren so super freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Lage ist wunderbar ländlich und doch ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem auto an Geschäften und Restaurants! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und auch die Kinder waren happy! Rundum ein Ort zum wohlfühlen! Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr angemessen und sehr groß für zwei Personen. Der Pool sowie der Garten waren zur Entspannung perfekt gestaltet. Martin war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles zusammen hat es uns sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hätte für unseren Kurzurlaub nicht besser sein können. Die Lage ist perfekt um Rovinj und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man ist gleich in 3 min. zu Fuß in der Stadt. Obwohl sich unser Check-In verspätet hatte wegen des Verkehrs, war Igor so nett und hat uns auch noch nach Mitternacht persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marino sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Er befindet sich in ruhiger, nicht einsehbarer Lage und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Auch in der kleinen Wohnung gab es alles, was man benötigt. Marino und seine ganze Familie sind außerdem sehr herzlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir können Marinos Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Unser Urlaub in Brseč war wunderschön. Die Lage des Apartments ist einzigartig, Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Erholung sind garantiert. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, ohne unnötigen Dekokram, dafür ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erfüllten Urlaub braucht. Ivan und Maja sind sehr herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsren nächsten Besuch!

Appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner. Un Lidl est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds. L'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi sont un plus, de même que l'accès à une place de parking. Nous recommandons et avons passé un agréable séjour chez Suzana.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage direkt beim Meer Boris war immer gut erreichbar und verständnisvoll Der Check-In war simpel und ist schnell gegangen Das Design/die Ausstattung passt perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Die herzliche Aufnahme durch „Maria“ war der erste Schritt zu einer 10 tägigen Auszeit. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt am Haus. Außerdem stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und gemütliche FW in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Der wunderschönen Hafen und die Altstadt sind in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
