Villa holiday rentals in Štokovci

We (my wife, our one-year-old, and I) spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful home. The photos are spot-on—what you see is exactly what you get. Everything is modern, functional, tastefully designed, and above all, super clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Shirley is not just a fantastic host but a genuinely kind person. Her care and attention to detail are visible throughout the house and the outdoor space - it’s clear she and her family put a lot of love and effort into creating a warm, welcoming space. If you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay that’s still close to the center, beaches, restaurants, and all amenities, this is the perfect spot. We’ll absolutely be booking again!

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

It’s a beautiful house, with a lot of space inside the house, and around the pool. Elizabeth is very friendly It’s a quiet place and you have to drive around 20 Minutes to the ocean, or to a town, but it’s totally okay. The Pool and the dining lounge is amazing. We, as a family, loved it here

We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog. Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The villa keeps all its promises. Is extremely well maintained and clean.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The villa is beautiful, very clean and equipped with every comfort. High-quality materials outside and in the kitchen, very pleasant. The swimming pool is wonderful with warm temperatures. A rental car is needed to explore the area. Pula is a half-hour drive, as is Rovinj. The village of Bale nearby is authentic and therefore very nice. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, also very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and closet space. The beds are very nice. Communication went smoothly. Anton responded quickly and kindly. Recommended for when you want to relax in peace :)

We were a total of 6 friends in the beautiful villa and are completely satisfied! You should be mobile there, but it was also important for us to be a little more remote and to be able to be a little louder. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, she always responded quickly to various questions. The pool is much larger than we expected and we can't complain about anything. Thank you very much.

The house owners are super nice. They welcomed us very nicely and took care of all our needs. The house is brand new and very modern. The pool and whirlpool have great water quality.

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

Just WOW! 🤩 We felt like we had arrived in paradise, we would have loved to stay forever! The furnishings of the house are simply great, you have everything your heart desires and even in high-quality design.

My friends and I loved our stay here. The host was very friendly and helpful. The villa was just like the pictures, beautiful and well maintained. It was a 20-30 minute drive to the beach or Pula which had great restaurants, but we spent a lot of time in the gorgeous pool.
