Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The house is decorated in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern furniture and is located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. Each room is air-conditioned, and heating is available via pellets/fireplace or air conditioning. The outdoor area features a large heated pool of 40 m², a summer kitchen with fireplace, and a garden.
