ABSOLUTELY STELLAR in every category. Immaculately clean basement suite that is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming. This beautiful suite is in a great location in a brand new area, with easy street parking, in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with nearby access to the Perimeter Hwy. This is the quietest basement suite I have ever stayed in - I rarely heard any sounds coming from upstairs. It has all the kitchen basics for preparing light meals. I loved the beautiful electric fireplace/heater. This is the first time I have slept on a firm mattress, and I had the best sleeps ever. It is exactly as pictured. Comfort is an excellent host. He replies quickly, is very kind, and checks in to make sure you are comfortable and all is well. I loved my time here! This place is a hidden gem - it is a quiet, comfortable, private little oasis that makes you feel like it is saying "come on in and relax and enjoy". I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Rp's end. He was very helpful in various ways- directions to places, advice and all. He's very welcoming and strict at the same time with his house rules. If you have trouble following laid down instructions and being disciplined, maybe not for you. Overall it was an experience!!! Affordable and presents you with all you need.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Close to perimeter and everywhere we needed to go during our stay. Beds were new so quite firm at the time. Would stay there in the future.
