The Annexe is next to the Village Green leading to Dover’s Hill. There's a small lobby, bedroom with TV, tea tray, shower room. Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Lapstone Barn (weddings) a 10 min drive -sorry no pets or children.

The Stables Granby Farm Near Shipston On Stour

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Church Cottage is my home and I have a wonderful Barn to offer to you within the Cotswolds. The Barn was converted into a living space some 40 years ago and has been built with typical Cotswold style and stone. It possess all the latest utilities with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi, flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. We are blessed in this village with a great pub, a local village shop which offers lovely local produce food whilst the local pub - Coach & Horses will offer you a warm welcome.

A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn.
