It has a separate room with four beds, a comfortable sofa and a closet for storing personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, stove, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no elevator or air conditioning in the house. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
