Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing, plus a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom. While some of my belongings remain as I stay between rentals, they’ll be kept out of the way, leaving plenty of space for you.
