In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The facilities are perfect for single person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom.
