We were given clear information about the villa in advance and about our arrival. Several facilities were offered that we could use, such as renting bicycles or a BBQ. The cycling distance to Maastricht was ideal for us. The villa was tidy, clean and there was everything we needed. We definitely recommend this villa!

Top spot in beautiful Brabant countryside. Privacy, great view and surroundings. It’s not big but has everything you need and a good size yard all around the house. The host that lives nearby is very helpful and quick to answer.

This house was more than I expected. Every living space is quite large and open as well as cozy/comfortable. There is a kids’ play kitchen that our daughters loved. Not a complaint at all…Take caution of the low door when you start to go upstairs or when you’re coming back down. My husband and I are average heights and needed to duck our heads down a little to get through so we didn’t hit our heads.

Very nice house with spacious garden! Child-friendly furnishings: cot, high chair, rubber ducks, games appropriate to the age of the children, enclosed garden, children's cutlery and plates. Nice plus: coffee corner with all the necessities!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. We came here with a group of 16 people to stay. This is not an accommodation for just couples if you want some privacy, but with us this was not the case. We were in a room with 3 or 4 people each time (1 double bed and then several single sofa beds ) Very spacious cottage, beautiful surroundings, beautiful garden! If I sent something to Anouk, she also responded as quickly as possible and very friendly. Very satisfied with our stay here, we will also recommend it to others.

We had an awesome time at this villa. Awesome pool, big garden & a good bbq for the sunny days. A large comfy couch, big tv, and spacious living room & kitchen for the rainy days. Was perfect for a group of friends

We (family with adult children 20+) enjoyed Baudouin's house. We were surprised by the garden. It is more beautiful than in the photos. With stunning views of trees and strolls. The large barn with table tennis is a bonus. The house and kitchen have all the comforts. Baudouin responded quickly and correctly to our questions. The surroundings are quiet. For shops, restaurants or a cafe you have to go to the center of Tongeren (about 6 kilometers).

We really had a wonderful weekend in this great house. The 3 kids (2, 3 and 6 years old) had a great time with all the toys that could be found inside and outside. And what a peace and quiet in the woods with the whistling birds and squirrels around us. Everything looked neat and clean. Furthermore, the house was equipped with all the comforts.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also do not find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but on the whole the location is recommended. There is a lot to experience in the area, especially for children.
