Welcome to cozy Mariefred and our green little house! The guest house is 30 sqm, newly built and centrally located 100 meters to the lake and a few minutes walk to Mariefred's city center. The guest house has its own patio and barbecue, but guests can also enjoy a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a larger terrace shared with the large main house. When we are not at home, you have free and completely private access to all the facilities. When we're home, we're happy to let guests have private time in shared spaces.

Are you a group looking for a rural accommodation by Lake Mälaren, which has a private beach and large areas with all the amenities available? Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Beläget på en ö i Mälaren med Egen uppvärmd pool ,Stor tomt, vedeldad badtunna, luftkonditionering, mm. 5 minuters promenad till badstrand. Stort hus med möjlighet till 2 gäststugor om man är många. Fiske är tillåtet. Plats för upp till 12 personer totalt. Du kommer ut till ön med hjälp av ägaren, en båtresa på ca 5 minuter. båten rymmer 5 personer i taget, flytvästar finns. parkering finns i anslutning till bryggan. Bilfritt på ön.

Everything for a perfect spring or summer weekend. The main building has a spacious kitchen and living room with a large dining table, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom and 2 extra toilets. In the small house you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, private kitchen and bathroom.

The family house - Everything is here!

Welcome to a spacious villa perfect for families with children! The house has several bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a living room. Large terrace with hot tub, barbecue, dining table and sun loungers. On the plot there is a soccer goal, basketball hoop, trampoline and swings safely surrounded by fences. Only 700 meters to the beach with jetty and 200 meters to the soccer field, pump track and outdoor gym. A paradise for relaxation and play for the whole family!

Fully equipped cabin with sauna located 1h from Sthlm city. Possible to commute by bus and train to Stockholm. Road riksväg 55 close to the house which makes some noice. Extra guesthouse with 4 beds can be available for extra cost. Booking requires min 4 days stay or 4500sek.
