There is a lake within a 5-minute walk from the property, and there is a forest right behind the property, which is good for a walk, and you can meet a small farm with sheep, horses, and chickens on the promenade. There are restaurants nearby, and there are loppis shops and coffee shops. The accommodation is located on the edge, so it is quiet and not disturbed by anyone. You can use the karaoke room with a swimming pool, sauna, and Bluetooth microphone. It is located about an hour from Stockholm Central.

The house has three bedrooms with 9 beds in total. The kitchen is very well equiped. One bathroom, and one separate toilet. - Tennis courts and two golf courses within 10 min. drive.

Huset ligger i västläge med kvällssol som kan avnjutas på altanen. Strängnäs ligger inom promenadavstånd och har restauranger, butiker, och sevärdheter. Roddbåt tillgänglig från Juni 1 till September 30. Flytvästar finns att låna. Två allmänna bad med sandstränder ligger inom 1,5 km (Strandbadet och Abborrbergets badplats). Priset inkluderar städning, sängkläder och handdukar. Sju gäster får plats om två gäster delar på en 120cm säng.
