Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Shopping is about 2 km away. The flat offers: a fully equipped kitchen incl. electrical appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. Includes towels and linens. Parking is available, No animals allowed, non-smoking apartment!

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

City-close apartment by the park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The balcony, facing south, invites you to relax and enjoy the sunlight. Every detail has been selected with a lot of love and care. Here guests can enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of the city and at the same time take advantage of the proximity to the city.

Das zweite unserer beiden Tinyhäuser bietet ebenfalls viel Privatsphäre mit eigenem Eingang und privater Terrasse. Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).

The balcony with a view of the historic city wall invites you to sit outside in summer. The Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences (THD) is within 8 minutes walking distance.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
