It is exquisitely decorated in French Provincial furniture, period prints, Victorian pieces, and there is an antique down-filled chaise lounge in the room, that our guests love curling up and watching movies from, or reading. Lakeshore North is a beautiful area of Waterloo. It is walking distance to Laurel Creek Conservation Area and a short drive to St. Jacobs Farmers Market. Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. The basement bedroom is large (18 feet X 12 feet) and normally very cool, but fans are available if necessary.

Hathaway's Cottage is a charming, yellow brick, 1894 Ontario Cottage, within a 10 minute walk to Avon and Studio Theatre, restaurants, shops and Avon River. The Tom Patterson and the Festival Theatre are only a 15 minute stroll away.
