The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

The Granary is family friendly & dog friendly. Open plan with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Upstairs large family room with king size bed, tv, ensuite shower room and two single beds in an alcove. Perfect for family stay: child gate at top of the stairs, highchair and travel cot. For doggy members of the family, a cosy bed, water & food bowls. Monks Barn Farm is a working sheep farm with two holiday cottages and caravan site (touring vans & motorhomes). Footpaths directly from the farm.

There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

This delightful charismatic late eighteenth century property is situated right in the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon, a 3 minute walk to the town centre and Shakespeare's birthplace, and a 10 minute walk to the Royal Shakespear Theatre. It comes with a complimentary resident street parking space. The house can accomodate a total of 8 people. The property has a bathroom with a freestanding bath and also an ensuite toilet/shower room. The staircase to the top 2 bedrooms is quite narrow and steep.

Dundrie Cottage is comfortable & homely , with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Stratford . We have a spacious kitchen / diner which also has an area to chill out and watch TV . The sitting room is comfortable & cosy with sofas a fire and a TV , a lovely place to unwind. There is a pretty garden which is private and sheltered . We have four bedrooms , one king size bed with en-suite , two doubles and one single and a second bathroom . There is parking for two cars on the drive .
