This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house is quiet and secluded, overlooking green pastures where horses graze. Whether family, friends or your dog – everyone is welcome! In the evening you can relax in the hot tub. The thermal baths of Bad Tatzmannsdorf are only 10 minutes away. Come over and enjoy your stay – we look forward to seeing you!

The Zauberberg with its 6.5 km ski slope and extensive hiking trails is a 10-minute walk. The Stuhleck with 24 km of slopes can be reached in 8 minutes by car. With five bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and household goods for 14 guests, the vacation home is perfectly equipped for your family and group of friends.

Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
