Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

This is a unique small cottage, part of the "House of Angels" , witch is used as house of the gardener. The original building was built in 1930s and the renovation was made recently by the architect and owner of the house. All has been rebuilt out of wood and stone following the traditional style.The house has one tiny room, one bathroom, a hallway with the corner of the kitchen,a veranda in front of the room and a beautiful garden.
