The villa is about 1.5 km from the nearest beach and the center of the village center. Within 200 m there are supermarkets, tobacco bars, laundromats, pizzerias, restaurants, bus stop and beach bus service. The villa is comfortable for four people and possibly for a fifth.

My newly built apartment (2022) is located in "La Suaredda," a quiet area just 2 km from the town center and about 1 km from La Cinta Beach. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends and accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
