Studio 2 (28m2) with its own entrance has a wooden gallery (with 2 beds) and is bright and comfortably furnished. The living area/kitchen is equipped with a sofa, cupboards, table, chairs, TV, WiFi. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, 3kg washing machine, hotplates, kettle, microwave. Private shower/WC. 1 parking space at the house.
