Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

This special place has its own unique style. The house under the cherry tree has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are made of straw and provide good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all of us who step under its roof to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and get closer to the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The house is located on a hill in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.
