Great value for money accommodation in a quiet rural location but close enough to pubs and public transport. Good location for exploring the wider area by car, bicycle or train.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

Really lovely place to stay, Wendy is super friendly and so good with our kids. The dogs were gorgeous and we loved spending time with them. The cottage was lovely and clean and had everything we needed including bonus items like toys and crafty bits. A great stay, we look forward to visiting again.

A lovely stay in the pavilion for a long weekend. The space is perfect for chilling and also good location for visiting nearby places like Colchester. Breakfast bits provided and swimming pool is lovely treat. Thank you Liz

Cosycot was just that - comfy, cozy place in the countryside. Ian and Alison were great hosts - providing all the small details and conveniences for a great stay. Lots of country pubs and great scenery in the area and a chance to soak in the private hot tub under the stars. Ian always quick and helpful with responses. Highly recommend…..

Stayed with Iain for 1 night, both hosts lovely. Great recommendation for a local pub with homemade food. (The pizza is a must!). Iain introduced himself in person and very polite and welcoming. Would stay again if the chance presents itself. Very clean and tidy BnB.

Wow, what an incredible place the balcony suite is! Located in the most gorgeous gardens of Tess and Roger's home. Very welcoming and warm to greet us. We were then left to our own accord to have an amazing weekend away. We were bless with excellent weather, which really made it. The outside space is such a healing and calming area. The wild swimming pool is WONDERFUL! It is based in clay and so smells great and makes your skin feel wonderful. Very, very clean and clear waters to swim in. Beautiful grounds to wander and admire the flowers and watch the wildlife. A love balcony to enjoy the sunset and a host of local recommendations for places to eat out. The inside is cute, small (as expected) with a good bathroom and well put together and clean. I couldn't recommend visiting enough!

Lovely weekend away, animals were a bonus! Lots of games and toys for children. Beautiful surroundings and near to city centre

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

This is a very rural and peaceful location in the Suffolk countryside - but only about 10 minutes from the main roads for quick access to other places you may like to visit.

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

There is a reason Rob is a super host. Not only are the accommodations absolutely perfect, your hosts are amazing people! Do yourself a favor and select Rob’s place to stay when you are in the area. You’ll be happy you did! We will definitely stay here again, when we return.

Lucy was very friendly and I appreciated her responsiveness. The airbnb was very clean and she left eggs and bread which was such a nice surprise. Stayed for 13 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Lucy!

honestly, this is one of our favourite air bnbs. everything and I mean everything has been thought of and is provided for your stay. it's super clean and tidy, comfy- perfect. 5 stars everytime. we will stay again 😁

Really lovely cosy annex with beautiful views and sunsets. The bed was really comfortable and there was everything we needed. We will definitely return.

one of the best I have been in, really clean, spacious the bathroom is Hugh with a walking shower plus a bath and spotless. also the little things that makes it so much easier being away from home, milk in the fridge, orange juice, apple juice, cakes and buns, cereal, fruit bread. highly recommend trisha place to anyone 10/10
