The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Nestled by a stream and shaded by trees, the cabin offers a peaceful retreat with no electricity—perfect for disconnecting from the hustle of everyday life. It features a comfortable double bed and a charming sitting area to relax. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests Just outside, you'll find a nearby meadow where horses graze peacefully. A true nature lover's paradise!

Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
