It is also available during winter season when our guests can enjoy in active vacation, spend time in nature and visit national parks Plitvice Lakes ,Kornati, Krka Waterfall...

Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. 🏖 Our newly built ☆☆☆☆ villa with a heated pool is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the Zadar region. Located only 11 km from Zadar city center, it offers peace, privacy, and comfort. The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ. I am available via Airbnb or phone and live only 10 minutes away if needed.
