Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sullivan County

This is a dream come true. Peaceful, secluded, spacious. Absolutely everything you could ever need. Alicia was easy to communicate with. She checked in on me to be sure all was ok and even left snackies upon my arrival and coffee ready to go! I watched deer, turkey and cows on the deck. the pictures cannot possibly do this gorgeous home justice. It's breath taking! Would highly recommend this lodge to stay at! Loved it!

Catherine was an amazing host! sge was kind, helpful, and a fast responder. If our team is ever out in that area again I will definitely rebook with her. and the house was great to stay in, clean, and nice.

BEAUTIFUL RELAXING PROPERTY. IMMACULATELY KEPT. Prompt and positive response to any issues . Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and very hospitable. We absolutely loved our time at this property.

Older house that was made into a nice rental. Very clean. Within walking distance to the marina. Quiet area for being a close-quarter neighborhood. The neighbors behind the house were very friendly. Hillary is responsive to any messages.

We loved staying at Brian and Cyndee’s place. They have a beautiful and spacious place that was very peaceful. We will definitely return in the future as we visit family in the area.

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean and the location was wonderful. The view from the deck was beautiful. Another plus is that we were able to pull our pontoon on the shore and leave it for the weekend. Kayla was a phenomenal host - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive! Would recommend!

The little cabin was absolutely perfect. Right across from the river & very peaceful. Minutes from Bristol & elizabethton. Very clean & just as described!

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. I loved the fire pit area outside. It was the perfect place to read a book and listen to the birds.

Everything was amazing! There was snacks, a bottle of wine, and new dog toys at our arrival! Loved all the decor and the vibe of the place, front and back yards were both nice and private and the inside was comfy and cozy. The recommended hiking spots were 100% worth it.

Great place! Was very peaceful and kids really enjoyed the adventure of getting to the cabin on the ATV. Everything was as described and perfect for a relaxing weekend in the woods. The kids really loved getting to pet the animals and seeing the horses. Dennis and Katie were very helpful and super nice. We are definitely planning to return.

Thank you for sharing info your beautiful home with my family. We take lovely memories with us. My little boy has never seen snow and has been asking for years that he wants to see and play with snow. God is great He gave us snow our last night and our little boy played for hours on the deck building a snowman. We had a lot of fun and would love to be back during summer so he can fish some more. My second stay here, and it was great just like the first. It's a well maintained cabin with beautiful views and a great location if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sit by a river. My wife and I so enjoyed the peace and quiet this property delivers. We'll be back!

Lee was a great host. He kept an open line of communication and made checking in and checking out very easy. One down side was that the floor in the main house wasn't as clean as expected. We did clean it up ourselves. The guest cabin as well was needing a little bit of love. After letting Lee know, he provided great customer service and was friendly about the situation. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and were happy about how cool the cabin looked.
