Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sullivan County

Kitchen was well stocked and the home had everything we needed! We ate several meals there. And I was also able to make my grand-daughter’s birthday cake. The weather was cool and rainy for most of our stay but finally on our last evening there, we were able to enjoy the deck and sit outside to eat dinner!

Jackie was extremely kind and helpful, and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The setting is beyond peaceful; my toddler loved running around the big yard. We appreciate Jackie hosting us!

We saw cardinals, robins, blue jays, starlings, finches, wrens, brown thrushes, and a group of baby squirrels in the back yard. The kitchen was just right. The house itself was so cool! The towels were big and fluffy and smelled wonderful. The washer and dryer worked great and were a huge help. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were in Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. We were later getting to the track and the house was so close to the speedway that we could hear the top fuel runs- which was great. Our dog is large and has lots of energy, but the yard is so big it tired even him out. The coolest thing of all was Stephen's music room! He had instruments, artwork from his best friend ( who we met, who was awesome) games, books, dog toys, kid toys, we LOVED that room! Stephen, you are a wonderful host with a wonderful house. I hope you let us come back and rent it again soon.

Great place to stay. Clean, peaceful. Great communication, easy check in. Liked having a grill to use. Close to everything in Bristol.

Sundown Farms is an absolute gem. I arrived at Tri-Counties Airport, and the directions Maggie gave were spot on. Once I arrived, I was in awe of the area's beauty; the views are stunning. Self check-in was easy. I was greeted at the farm by Lucy and Fred, the donkeys, which made my day. Once inside, the house had everything one needs for a fantastic stay, and it was very clean. Mia, the neighbor's dog, came for a visit every day; she is so friendly and sweet. The owners of the cows came by and invited us to feed them the apple biscuits they had brought. Maggie was quick to respond, and as someone who has stayed at many Airbnbs, she was an amazing host, five-star all the way. We stayed in the area for my godson's wedding, which was minutes away. It made it very convenient and a perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the quietness between all the activities of the wedding weekend.

Jennifer and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. They had everything you might need for your stay.

this place is very quaint and quiet. it is everything we need. we stay here every time we come to visit relatives, as long as it's available. very clean and comfortable. we will be back again soon.

This Airbnb was perfect for our group! It was so clean, provided everything we needed and had a great roomy layout. The outdoor setup was a highlight and we spent the majority of our time there. It was the perfect location for us to get to the Bristol Speedway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation and excitement.

Great location, very clean and had all the extras like a sound machine and air purifier. Only thing was the internet wasn’t strong enough to load anything on the tv but that would not keep me from booking the same place again next year for my trip

We enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean and the location was wonderful. The view from the deck was beautiful. Another plus is that we were able to pull our pontoon on the shore and leave it for the weekend. Kayla was a phenomenal host - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive! Would recommend!

I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting my mother and sister. Clean, comfortable, and the location was great for us. The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely be back :-)

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

As described. Basic but cute and very clean and great for a short stay. Location is close to main Kingsport roads (Stone Drive) where stores and restaurants are located. One bed was very firm but the other slept perfectly. Slight inclined drive with two assigned parking spaces. Easy in and out process!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. We had a great stay at Seth’s place. We were in town for an event at BMS. very easy to get to. Worked out great.

We enjoyed our stay at this location! It was very clean and quiet! There was a mixup on the unit we rented, but Rita and her husband were able to get it resolved and had zero issues. We thought the location was very nice and within close driving distance to anything we needed. Also, only 20 minutes from Johnson city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in the area!

As always, had a wonderful stay. Looking forward, to returning.
