In nur 4 Minuten erreichst du die Autobahnauffahrt Wels-Nord (von der Autobahn ist auf dem Grundstück nichts zu hören). In 10min kannst du beim Messezentrum sein. Dank Vollklimatisierung kannst du auch den Sommer bei uns genießen.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or a familly with 2 children

The high-quality equipped non-smoking holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TV (140 cm), X box, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. The house opened in March 2014. Feel free to feel comfortable in our garden. Sunbathing area, children's playground from May 2019, table football and table tennis are at your disposal. Free parking (carport) is available.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
