Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Romantic hunting lodge / forest cabin for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Es erwartet Sie eine moderne, 140 qm große Loftwohnung im bäuerlichen Stil, die mit einem tollen Wellnessbereich für Erholung sorgt. Die ländliche Lage lädt zum Abschalten ein, aber durch die Nähe zu Kempten, nahegelegenen Sport- & Erholungsgebieten (Alpen, Bodensee,etc.), Thermen und vielen Freizeitangeboten entsteht keine Langeweile. Bei uns herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre & wir stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung! Ungeeignet für Partys, JGA, etc.!

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Escape the hustle and bustle in our 'Tiny Twins'. Small but nice, it offers a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen & comfort from double bed to sofa bed. Enjoy the idyll of the stream, stay connected with Wi-Fi. For 1-4 people, with nature at the door: Elbsee, hiking & biking trails. The local baker, butcher and various restaurants are minutes away. Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Relax and enjoy your time away in this cozy accommodation at an altitude of 870 m. Three separate bedrooms await you – each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom: perfect privacy for families or small groups. Our newly renovated family house has been furnished with attention to detail and gives you soothing peace. Large kitchen & dining area available. From here you can ideally start to discover the Allgäu nature hiking, cycling or swimming.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
