On the back porch overhung with trees, throw some shish kebabs on the grill. Unpack your bags and relax on the luxurious queen bed in the bedroom. Relish in the comforts of home in the quaint kitchen. You'll find everything you need to be chef for a day! And then lay back and watch a good show on the smart TV.

Sadie Cabin and Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort

Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe’s and several restaurants nearby. Featuring a queen bed, counter table with stools, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service and television. Pull right up to the door! Hog Valley amenities are included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS-NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
