Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! Our home has been newly remodeled with all your vacation needs in mind. It is minutes from Spring Training, State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and many other amenities. Several Entertainment Districts are nearby for great shopping and restaurants. Sunnyside has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience.
