Holiday rentals with a patio in Sun City

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

It was great. I wish they gym was finished but everything else was amazing. It was very clean and big and easy walk to Peoria sports complex. The checking was very accomodating and everything was given to me in advance or my questions were answered abruptly. I would definitely recommend his place especially for spring or fall baseball because it is only 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium.

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Plenty of room, a very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. good location in western Phoenix area. Really clean! We were able to use the garage, very nice to be able to use when in Phoenix. Great host!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Mike was a nice and responsive host. The house was even bigger than it looked in pictures. We loved the open floor plan and the pool and patio area was wonderful. Loved everything it was wonderful. Will definitely return.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Beautiful place. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Alicia’s place had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate the small details like the vacuum lines on the furniture and the tying of the kitchen towels. I will definitely book here again if I visit Phoenix again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
