Just minutes away from the interstate, this home is located within the golden triangle of Tampa bay, right in the center of Down Town Tampa (20 min), Sarasota(45min) & St. Petersburg(45min), visit 2 of the top 10 beaches in the U.S., Siesta Key and Clearwater Beach. If your looking for a more quiet atmosphere, the Apollo Beach Preserve is 3 miles down the road where you can find a beautiful nature park and enjoy watching dolphins and sting rays in their natural habitat. Also, the manatee viewing center is a must see during the winter months. You can quickly access several restaurants as well as grocery stores located just minutes away. Beautiful Waterfront Single Family home on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
