One of the things I really appreciated was how proactive Mark was in his communications. He reached out before, during and at the end of our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen and grilling out on the patio. We also appreciated having a queen in each bedroom. Mark gave us some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The house was conveniently located and the neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the Tailor House. The place was spotless and stylish. The perfect getaway. Colin was super communicative. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful home for a big family or group! Lots to do (if you’re not already busy!). The home has everything you need to rest, relax, and make killer meals. Madison is a quick 30 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rustic Shed while celebrating our parents’ 40th wedding anniversary! The space was perfect for our family gathering—cozy yet spacious, with plenty of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the fun game room, the convenient fire pit for evening campfires, and the extremely comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms were impressively clean and roomy, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our whole group. The location was ideal—tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from all the excitement in the Wisconsin Dells. Sondra was an exceptional host, providing clear, timely communication and some excellent local recommendations that really enhanced our visit. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together. Highly recommended!

Our family—including me, my wife, our daughter, and our puppy—had a wonderful time. Ginger was very kind and provided detailed information, including how to use the amenities like the swimming pools. The property was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near downtown, where we had a great time exploring. We’d definitely recommend this place to any family and would love to return on our next trip to Galena.

We had a wonderful stay! Doreen was always in communication making sure we had everything we needed. Our family of 5 was looking to getaway for a few days and this was a great place for it! The home was clean and cozy with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to make us feel welcome. We got to enjoy the amenities at the club house, and were just close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. My kids want to come back already!

Joel’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was secluded and peaceful but also very close to down town. I loved drinking my coffee outside in the mornings it was so peaceful! I’d recommend Joel’s air bnb to anyone wanting to travel to galena. I’d go back in a heartbeat! Joel was a great host. He gave us all the information and checked In on us throughout our stay. We had a great time!

We had a really wonderful stay here over Memorial Day weekend. My two and four year old loved the toys and the movie screen (our daughter cried when we left). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. We’ve been to Galena now many times and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed at yet!

Debbie was very communicative before and during our stay. The property has plenty of yard room for outdoor activities and we loved that we didn’t feel stacked up against a bunch of other houses. The driveway can accommodate a group of cars and we loved the reclining couch in the basement. I’d highly recommend this property.

We were so happy with the accommodations (3 showers!), great communication from the hosts, and the club amenities the are included with the stay. We especially enjoyed our round of FootGolf at the East course, pickelball court proximity, the beautiful walking paths, and touring historic downtown Galena. This townhome offered our family a wonderful “home away from home,” and we were impressed at all of the little things that the hosts thought of to make the stay so comfortable.

We spent the weekend here and enjoyed the house, especially our time hanging out in the yard and on the back deck! The house was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We appreciated the blackout shades, comfortable beds, and relaxing vibe. And having a garage space was very convenient!

Wonderful stay with comfortable beds, great communication, Tea/coffee for the morning, new everything, and really clean. We appreciated Ben's responsiveness and that he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our 3 night stay. It is right near the U of W - Whitewater but quiet in the apartment. There was only some noise at night upstairs one of the nights. However, a quick text to Ben and he worked with them to get it quiet again. SO appreciated this stay and Ben's hosting skills! My group had the best time at Owl's Rest! The cabin is surrounded by beautiful woods and relaxing peace. We sat at watched birds and all kinds of animals on the deck most of the day and sat by the fire at night. The hot tube was so perfect and relaxing. One night we walked down to the bar and had a fantastic meal and fun environment. Everything about this cabin was clean and well appointed. It was so hard to leave. You can't go wrong with this cabin if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing time. Lyle is very helpful and communicative. Literally the most perfect weekend in every respect. Thank you!

This is going to be a short review as the stay was great! Comfortable house, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, and a short walk to downtown. We will stay there again.

We loved our stay at Tricia’s whimsical, boho home. The artistic, multi-level layout was perfect for celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday weekend. The space had plenty of room, creative decor, and nostalgic touches like the Wii, which my kids loved. My daughter was able to relax with Bluey upstairs while I prepped meals and unwound after our days exploring nearby Madison. We visited the Madison botanical gardens, children’s museum, and Capitol, and enjoyed two local diners with great food and reasonable prices. A couple of great surprises made the trip even more special: Fireman’s Park across the street had an outdoor movie night (Moana 2), food trucks, a splash pad, and an updated playground. Tricia also surprised my daughter with birthday cupcakes and a gift card to Woolly’s Snack Shop, where we got ice cream on our way home. Lots of sleeping options, games, and puzzles made the home even better. Tricia was super communicative and we’d definitely stay again.

My husband, two dogs and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The point of my vacation was going somewhere we could take our dogs and this was the perfect spot to relax with them for a few days. Everything was clean and there was a perfect amount of space for us to relax. It was very quiet in the neighborhood and most of the time it felt like we were the only ones around. It was great to be able to walk to a very nice restaurant and bar a minute or two down from the cabin since we wanted to stay close. The only thing that bummed me out was we went at the end of May and the dock wasn’t put out - and I was hoping to spend time sitting out on the water. That could have been me not realizing the typical “season” but had assumed it’d be out so I recommend checking if that’s important to you :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property nestled on a hill in the middle of nature. The location is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our dogs absolutely loved the wide open space to run and explore, which made the trip even more special. One of the highlights was the lovely pond on the property, full of fish and a great spot to sit by and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend this place for nature lovers and pet owners alike!

I travel to the Madison area for work often and have stayed at Kathryn’s place a few times. The rental is the full second floor of a home in DeForest, a quiet little village not far outside Madison. It’s a clean, well-equipped, comfortable unit, with a private entrance, that makes a great base for exploring DeForest and the broader Madison area. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
