Nice clean new house in a good location, would use again! Communication was also very clear.

Second time at Jays, the place is at the end of a court with the facilities at the back of the house it is very safe and secure and quiet. Obviously you will need a car but it is an easy drive to shopping centres, 4kilometres, and the airport. Close to freeway to take you into the City or Geelong Frankston Peninsula etc. Coffee shops and pizza, kfc, McDonald’s etc. very comfortable bed great reverse cycle air cond, hot water from shower. Jay just leaves you alone but if needed is available. Peter and Jackie.

Great place for families with kids, as there is plenty of space in the house and outside the house as well (sandpit and blackboard for the kids to play with in the backyard). There's a playground right across the road. Mark was great with communication as well, very responsive host. House was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend or even week away with the family. Huge fridge for stocking up with groceries if staying longer. Shopping centre is only a few minutes drive away from the house as well so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area.
