Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Todo muy bien con Juan, nos recibió una persona y cualquier problema nos comunicábamos y resolvían nuestra consulta. El espacio estaba súper cuidado y fue un estadía súper linda.

El departamento es amplio, luminoso, con hermosas vistas y está muy bien equipado. Para pasar una excelente estadía. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, atento en todo momento. Nuestra sorpresa fue que había, no sólo equipo completo para la playa, sino hasta juguetes, que alegró muchísimo a nuestra niña de 2 años!!

Estuvo todo muy bien salvo algunos inconvenientes como por ejemplo no andaba la tostadora y no había sartén q virgina lo resolvió de inmediato, tampoco había artículos de limpieza como escoba trapos de piso ni repasadores , un solo rollo de papel higiénico, pero para lo hermoso del departamento son cosas menores !!

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

No entanto, alguns pontos negativos impactaram um pouco a experiência: a torneira do chuveiro estava quebrada e, mesmo após contato, não foi consertada enquanto estivemos no local. Booked this trip for my sisters birthday and this was honestly one of the best accommodations we’ve had. From customer services at the front desk to the responsiveness of the host we have no complaints! Highly recommend and Will definitely be back

Very beautiful apartment with a great view

"Un departamento perfecto en una ubicación ideal" Nos encantó hospedarnos en este departamento en Miami. La descripción y las fotos eran totalmente fieles a la realidad, y nos encontramos con un espacio acogedor y bien mantenido. La limpieza era impecable, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos y relajados desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, a solo 150 metros de la playa y en una zona tranquila rodeada de edificios y complejos turísticos. Lo mejor es que el condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas: un pequeño supermercado, una peluquería, una cafetería y más. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Tiene lo ideal para llevar a la playa (reposeras, sombrillas). Sin dudas, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. La experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. Recomendamos este departamento a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para disfrutar de su estancia en Miami.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

Beautiful location and the ocean view is amazing. The location was perfect, we were walking distance to nearby grocery and convenience store. The staff were amazing, very friendly. The pool area is clean and relaxing. This location is directly on the beach, very short walk to beach area. The unit is updated and the balcony is very large in size. We are already looking to book again in the near future.

My family and I had a great stay here. Marcos was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location. Will definitely be returning here!

Tanto Julio como Nelson son excelentes anfitriones, la cordialidad de ambos es suprema, atentos a cualquier necesidad del huésped y a solucionarlo en el menor tiempo posible. Son altamente recomendables. La propiedad es magnífica y está bien ubicada, con un buen balcón y en un edificio con quincho, pileta y yacuzzi para disfrutar el sol.

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.
