Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Happy Valley

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place in Happy Valley, Oregon! Adrienne and his wife are such a sweet and welcoming couple—it truly felt great meeting them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning balcony views and a refreshing breeze that made our time there extra special. The space was well-equipped with snacks and all the utensils we needed for dining, which was a thoughtful touch. When we requested it, they kindly helped us by setting up a portable air conditioning unit, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also baked and shared delicious muffins with us, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful location, a cozy and well-maintained home, and such kind hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Happy Valley area!

We absolutely loved Nicole’s place and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to portland! It was clean and quiet, i’m sure most reviews say this but the view is AMAZING from the window. Definitely my favorite part! Nicole answered any and all questions quickly and made sure we felt right at home! thanks for having us!!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in the area, very close to our daughter. My main concern was the comfort of the bed and it did not disappoint! We also loved that there is a washer and dryer in the unit but be aware there are quiet hours for the washer and dryer as well as the theater room. It would be nice if maybe on the weekends the hours could be later so a movie could be watched BUT we did enjoy watching football in there during the day. The view is incredible, the if you can catch a sunrise I highly recommend it! The landscaping could use a little TLC but not a deal breaker for sure. Will also include that the shower is pretty small and there are a lot of stairs so make sure you know that when booking. We would 100% stay here again if we come back to the Portland area.

Jesse was a fanominal host that was very polite, cheerful, and always had a smile on her face. She is huge on supporting all who comes to her place of stay. I would recommend this place to another! Blessing and positive wishes from us!
