Pre-war architectural details and casual decor help create a soothing environment to unwind. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a melting pot of cultures. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Midtown Manhattan (Central Park), Flushing Meadows (Mets baseball, US Open tennis), and LaGuardia Airport are within a 20-minute subway or cab ride.

Please note this listing is for FEMALE GUESTS ONLY (no couples). Beautiful bedroom in a quiet house is ideal for some retreat time away or as a safe base from where to visit the city. The house is 20 minutes from Manhattan with the LIRR (and 10 minutes by bus from the LIRR) and is situated between Chinese and Jewish neighborhoods, a five minute walk from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants, and Flushing Meadows park. The space will be shared with myself and my roommate.

We welcome you to stay in our beautifully renovated historic home! Our comfortable, spacious, and private guest room and bath are located on the 3rd floor of our townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street. Jackson Heights is a historic neighborhood full of amazing restaurants and nightlife. We're located walking distance to the subway, which will take you to Manhattan in under 30 minutes, and just 10-minutes from LaGuardia airport.

Cozy Room W/ private bathroom in Queens, NYC

We are a Hispanic family from Colombia and Ecuador. We live in a very nice neighborhood in Queens in a three-story building (with optional parking for an extra fee) of which we occupy the third floor. Our family consists of our 9yo son, our 24yo daughter, our 8 month old dog (a Yorkie), my husband and I. We hope to open our home to people from all over the world, who are looking for a homelike atmosphere in NYC.

Cozy Studio with a Modern/Luxe Feel

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
