In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a wood stove, with a view of the lake landscape from the large view windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 11kW type2 and 16A Super socket, are included in the rental price. Restaurant Adele's 800 m away.

Particularly suitable for families with children. The apartment has, among other things, a high chair, a children's bathtub, toys, and children's plastic tableware. WiFi connection. Atmospheric electric beach cottage :) Carrying water to the sauna from the lake and in the spacious cottage kitchen, it is easy to prepare food. Double bed on the loft / 2 bunks. Extendable sofa in the living room. Outdoor toilet. For a dog that enjoys the outdoors, there is a large cage + kennel in the yard. Clean indoor dogs/cats are warmly welcome :) Drinking water must be brought with you. Towels, linens and final cleaning are included in the price. We live 2 km away on the same road, so asking for help if needed and picking up the keys is easy.

Facilities on three floors, so the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome. The tenant brings the linen with him. Final cleaning is always the responsibility of the tenant.

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
